Responsibility

  • we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Interim Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team
  • this is a key role responsible for managing various aspects of our commercial operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • this is a temporary position with the potential for a permanent opportunity based on performance and business needs
  • collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to develop pricing strategies and optimise sales opportunities while maintaining competitive market positioning
  • assess market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth
  • engage with key stakeholders to negotiate contracts and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers and clients
  • conduct CPQ BOM checks to ensure pricing accuracy and evaluate additional discount requests
  • as an Interim Commercial Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the responsibilities outlined below to optimise our business performance and drive growth

Requirements

  • proven experience in a commercial management role with a strong focus on production, invoicing, and sales processes
  • previous experience with SAP is essential, SAPB1 experience is desirable
  • excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • results-oriented and able to drive performance improvements
