  • this is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to kickstart their career in IT
  • our busy in-house IT team are based at our office in Maidstone, Kent
  • support the 1st line helpdesk ensuring adherence to SLA’s and providing optimal service to staff
  • this is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager
  • providing knowledge to 1st line colleagues so they can troubleshoot and self-serve to an ever-greater extent
  • what we are looking for
  • maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base for the helpdesk

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
