  • you will build, QA, test and deploy B&Q and TradePoint CRM programmes in Braze. Focusing on right first time
  • collaborate with Commercial CRM Managers/Execs and the CDP Manager/Analyst in the upfront planning of a CRM programme

  • you will also support your Category Development Manager by providing strategic planning for select marketplace subcategories
  • support them by identifying and delivering sales opportunities at the right time and with the right tools at every stage on their growth journey on B&Q
