- write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials

- are you an experienced creative copywriter who can engage and inform different audiences with your clear and concise content?
- raise the bar continually for writing fresh copy that connects with a desired audience and drives action
- edit and proofread copy as needed
- as a member of the marketing team, the copywriter will write and edit content for a variety of projects , working closely with our Content Specialist and Lead Designer to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging
- be adept at varying the voice, style, and other characteristics of messaging based on the industry, company, or target audience
- write clear, attractive copy with a distinct TOV, using SEO principles to maximize reach
- research and understand the brand needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts, and in-person meetings
- work collaboratively across the team on large- and small-scale marketing projects
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of communications and related industry trends
- required skills and qualifications
- stay current on the appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent messaging
- five or more years of professional copywriting experience, with solid portfolio of work
- A company that works in partnership with household name brands including Google, ITV, EDF Energy, Halfords, B&Q, Uswitch, Worcester Bosch, Leeds United Football Club, and Rangers Football Club, Middlesbrough FC – just to name a few

- collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective content strategies that align with our brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives
- exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with experience in SEO
- strong research skills – both through independent research and working with wider stakeholders to ascertain key relevant information
