- managing client expectations / and technical support requests – providing first and second line support
- carrying out remote support and diagnostics as well as the opportunity for client facing on-site support and engineering visit’s
- diagnosing/troubleshooting hardware and software faults while completing software and hardware repairs to a high standard
- maintaining accurate site documentation and ensuring business processes are followed at all times – including case logging and management through our PSA/CRM system
Requirements
- sound understanding of IT hardware including Desktops, Servers, Printers, Switches, Routers, Managed WAPS, IP Phones, IP CCTV etc
- networking and VOIP experience – switch management, patching, documentation LAN and WAN design, provisioning and management
- active directory and group policy management
- experience with RMM and PSA tools to ensure best practices are followed at all times
