  • proven track record with in excess of 5 years experience in a similar role and environment
  • sound knowledge of construction techniques and materials
  • experience in reading technical drawings and specification
  • experience in working on complicated multi-faceted projects
  • have knowledge of CDM regulations and the responsibilities on the contractor
