Responsibility

  • we are looking to add a chef to our growing team
  • we are a family run business established for over 25 years in Leigh Lancashire
  • you will have to maintain very high standards in both your cooking and your cleaning
  • experience working in pub/restaurants will be essential
  • 40 hrs per week over a 4.5 day working rota from Monday to Sunday with 2.5 days off
  • working in a very busy restaurant environment the successful candidate must strive to produce top quality food and service to all of our clientele
  • the right applicant will have to perform to a very high standard in a small busy pub kitchen producing fresh home cooked food
