Responsibility

  • process orders via telephone and in person
  • retail/ Trade Customer facing duties, ensure customers are served professionally
  • to undertake other weighbridge/administration duties the site manager may reasonably expect
  • ensuring all customer queries are resolved and actioned
  • develop, lead and expand existing accounts, i.e. Business Development
  • have the ability to interact appropriately with Trade and Retail customers in our showroom
  • inbound/outbound calls; customer feedback, inquiries etc
  • excellent customer service and communication skills via e-mail, on the phone and face-to-face
