Responsibility

  • develop a sales and marketing strategy with the Director in order to develop and grow the business
  • research and develop the wholesale and contractor market for ventilation products
  • identify project opportunities within the leisure, residential, and hospitality sectors - building relationships with key stakeholders and offering solutions to projects
  • develop relationships with current accounts in order to identify new sales opportunities
  • develop and lead a team of sales personnel, both internal and external
  • work with the wider Boulder Developments team in order to manage stock, organise deliveries etc
  • utilise e-commerce, social media and telesales to drive sales to the business
  • update the internal database in order to keep track of sales

Requirements

  • ideally experienced within the ventilation industry, although this is not a prerequisite
  • can be from a sales or marketing background
  • must be driven, hard working, and a good communicator
  • this role is based within our Lincoln office so the ideal candidate should be based within a commutable distance of Lincoln
  • business management: 2 years
  • ventilation industry knowledge: 1 year
