Responsibility
develop a sales and marketing strategy with the Director in order to develop and grow the business
research and develop the wholesale and contractor market for ventilation products
identify project opportunities within the leisure, residential, and hospitality sectors - building relationships with key stakeholders and offering solutions to projects
develop relationships with current accounts in order to identify new sales opportunities
develop and lead a team of sales personnel, both internal and external
work with the wider Boulder Developments team in order to manage stock, organise deliveries etc
utilise e-commerce, social media and telesales to drive sales to the business
update the internal database in order to keep track of sales
Requirements
ideally experienced within the ventilation industry, although this is not a prerequisite
can be from a sales or marketing background
must be driven, hard working, and a good communicator
this role is based within our Lincoln office so the ideal candidate should be based within a commutable distance of Lincoln
business management: 2 years
ventilation industry knowledge: 1 year
