- we are supported living company assisting people with Mental Health, Substance Misuse and Learning Difficulties
- we have sites in Gloucester, Bristol and Staffordshire & Wiltshire
- completing paperwork, daily records, risk assessments, diary management as directed by line manager
- this role will be for our Bristol sites - Our services Users either need 24hr assistance or are actively independent
- cleaning - incorporating the recommended health & safety requirements
- communication with external Health Care Professionals and emergency services
- communication with Health Care Professionals and emergency services
- work well within a team and utilise handover sessions effectively and in a timely manner
Requirements
- minimum of 6 months Previous health care experience
- completed Care Certificate
- NVQ Level 2, 3 or 5 Health and Social Care
- NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care
- full Driving licence is preferential not essential
- care work: 1 year
- adult Care: 1 year
- support Worker: 1 year
