management of cash and daily/weekly reconciliations
Requirements
minimum 2 years experience in hospitality management
minimum 2 years experience in a bar/restaurant environment
extensive knowledge of cocktails and other beverages
supervising experience: 1 year
restaurant management: 1 year
bar management: 1 year
hospitality: 1 year
customer service: 1 year
