Responsibility
- hiring, training & coaching colleagues, ensuring employees are informed and motivated
- rota management and planning, taking into account local events such as race days
- controlling stock, placing orders and receiving deliveries
- this is not a role for the faint-hearted. We are in need of an inspirational leader to take the reins and help run our venue . A passion for food and beverage is a must and extensive knowledge of cocktails and all drinks alike is essential
- cellar management
- suggesting and implementing initiatives to grow the brand and customer awareness
- overseeing food and drink service and ensuring our exceptional quality standards are met
- management of cash and daily/weekly reconciliations
Requirements
- minimum 2 years experience in hospitality management
- minimum 2 years experience in a bar/restaurant environment
- extensive knowledge of cocktails and other beverages
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
- bar management: 1 year
- hospitality: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
