- experience with all aspects of pizza making operations and preferably with strong experience using wood-fired oven
- good understanding of sales figures and financials. Will need to maintain ratings and hit KPI’s
- level 3 hygiene with experience maintaining a 5 star hygiene rating
- pizza chef: 3 years
Responsibility
