Responsibility

  • maintaining and preparing bespoke systems for clients
  • ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • clearly communicate the progress of customer queries in a timely manner
  • collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities to drive growth on customer accounts
  • assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • serve as a point of contact for customer support on weekends

Requirements

  • proven customer service experience
  • experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • enjoys problem solving with an inquisitive nature
