Responsibility

  • the candidate will be responsible for running telesales campaign targeting care homes to sell recruitment services
  • use telesales, email and social media to set up meetings with care homes
  • cold calling decision makers
  • bookAMed is a marketplace for health and social care recruitment. We are seeking a Telemarketer to call and set appointments / sell recruitment services to care homes
  • articulate our value proposition and set up meetings for our Directors, where possible sell our services directly
  • maintain lead list and call monitoring sheet to ensure clients are followed up regularly
  • meet targets set by management

Requirements

  • clear and engaging voice
  • reliable, punctual, confident, tenacious and diligent
  • previous B2B telemarketing experience
  • target oriented and ability to function with limited supervision
  • exposure to social care sector and/or recruitment is a plus
