Responsibility

  • staff
  • manage and oversee a small team of staff
  • conducting and participating in staff training
  • leading the shift
  • participating in the On Call whilst on shift
  • conduct visits to supervise and assess staff
  • participation in hiring, evaluation, and discipline processes
  • reporting any issues, concerns, or safeguarding concerns to higher management immediately

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 Years’ Experience In Domiciliary Care
  • ability to work a mix of shift patterns and alternate weekends
  • full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • basic clerical skills
  • ensuring you are compassionate in each task you undertake
  • excellent and polite phone etiquette
  • excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
