assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero
prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

proficient in using Google Suite
strong organizational skills with attention to detail
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
familiarity with Xero or other accounting software is a plus
previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
customer service: 1 year
administrative experience: 1 year
Education
GCSE or equivalent
