  • perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • manage office supplies and inventory
  • answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • we are an established garden mainteance and landscape company based between Chertsey and Chobham. We design, landscape and maintain high end, luxury residential properties around Surrey and looking to add a new office administrator to join our team
  • assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero
  • prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

Requirements

  • proficient in using Google Suite
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • familiarity with Xero or other accounting software is a plus
  • previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
