Responsibility
- bond Consulting are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment processes. The Successful candidate must have atleast 1 year full Recruit 360 experience
- maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HRIS systems
- build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
