Responsibility
bond Consulting are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment processes. The Successful candidate must have atleast 1 year full Recruit 360 experience
maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HRIS systems
build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
