- must have excellent knowledge of North Indian cuisine
- prepare and cook a range of Indian dishes as per the demand
- have a full operational knowledge of all recipes, standards, portion sizes and Presentation style of various curries produced in the kitchen
- able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of traditional Indian regional cuisine
- we are looking for a Part Time experienced Curry Chef. Salary will be competitive. Also timings will be flexible based on your convenience as well
- to aid the Head Chef to achieve the restaurants budgeted food costs
