Responsibility

  • the purpose of this role is to assist the HR Manager with all aspects of recruitment needs
  • collaborate with department managers to identify current and prospective staffing needs
  • drafting and posting job adverts on external job boards, company websites and in-house
  • ensure that job vacancy information is kept up to date on company website and external job boards
  • source, Screen and interview potential candidates for various roles within the organisation
  • organise interviews with candidates and hiring manager
  • assist with the onboarding documentation process
  • the main responsibilities of the HR / Recruitment Officer

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • full UK driving licence would be preferred
  • strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • knowledge of social media management tools is advantageous
