Responsibility
- in addition, you will be involved in various infrastructure projects, such as server migrations, network configurations and VoIP installations
- candidates with experience providing cyber security and Azure to customers are also desirable
- candidates with experience providing cyber security to customers are also desirable
- this role will work closely with the technical director and service delivery manager to assist them in providing high-quality support, both remotely and on-premises, when required
- to support our continued growth into cloud infrastructure support, the candidate will be required to have experience in the Microsoft Azure platform
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience within an IT support position, preferably with an IT MSP
- voIP implementation and management
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience within an IT support position
- experience in migrating on-premises infrastructure to the cloud
- experience in delivering Cyber Security solutions, such as SATT, dark-web monitoring and cloud based infrastructure monitoring
- experience in providing cyber security
- A strong understanding of Firewalls and networking
- excellent Office 365 knowledge
