Responsibility

  • provide high-quality hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair according to their preferences and needs
  • stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative and creative solutions to clients
  • consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide expert advice on suitable hairstyles, colors, and treatments
  • maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment regularly
  • build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • keep accurate records of client information, services provided, and products used for future reference
  • assist and mentor junior stylists, providing guidance and support as needed
  • actively participate in salon meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist with a solid portfolio showcasing your hairdressing skills
  • in-depth knowledge of various haircuts, styles, and coloring techniques, including the ability to work with diverse hair types and textures
  • proficiency in using a wide range of hairdressing tools and products
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their requirements
  • strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver precise and flawless haircuts and styles
  • up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, styles, and techniques
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • valid cosmetology or hairstyling license in the state of Stockport
