  • embroidery and print placements are key to the range and must be considered across both categories during all seasons
  • working closely with your Design Manager to ensure the range is brand appropriate whilst also offering newness to the customer
  • presenting the range at CAD review and Range Build
  • attend weekly fit sessions and ensuring the product has a commercial aesthetic
  • balancing the range across Jersey and Woven Dresses - from entry to exit price point dresses and looking at all end uses across the framework

Requirements

  • to already be in a Senior Designer / Designer role with experience in designing Dresses across multiple fabrics
  • to have team leadership skills and experience in managing / delegating work to the Junior members of the team
  • experience in using PLM and Miro is a bonus
  • must have extensive garment construction knowledge – for both technical packs and fit sessions
  • have a good understanding of fabric and must be confident in selecting fabrics that deliver on aesthetic / cost / sustainability
