Responsibility
- 1st & 2nd Line Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, solving problems efficiently
- windows & AzureAD Management: Administer and support the school's Windows AD Network & Servers
- AV Setup: Configure and support AV equipment, including projectors and interactive displays
- inventory Control: Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories
- MIS Support: Provide technical support for educational MIS systems like SIMS, Arbor, and Scholarpack
- system Deployment: Assist with building and deploying system images and installing software for staff
- we’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and great at communicating with staff. The ability to work across multiple sites is key, along with a willingness to learn and grow with the role
Requirements
- IT support experience within an educational environment: 1 year
- windows AD and AzureAD management: 1 year
- knowledge of MDM systems, iPads and Google Workspace: 1 year
- MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Scholarpack: 1 year
