Responsibility

  • at Bocca Bocca, we make delicious, authentic handcrafted pizza that’s inspired by the flavours of Naples and the surrounding Amalfi coastlines
  • make pizzas based on a custom order from our menu items
  • carry out instructions received by the Head Chef
  • you should have experience with different pizza types, solid knowledge of Neapolitan pizza is essential
  • monitor food stock, maintain supplies and place orders as and when required
  • you should also be available to work during peak business hours, and happy to work on a flexible schedule
  • prepare and cook starters or appetizers
  • prepare pizza dough, pizza ingredients, chop vegetables, etc

Requirements

  • 3 years of work experience as a Pizza Chef
  • proficient with preparing and baking pizza dough
  • knowledge and experience in Neapolitan pizza are essential
