Requirements

  • proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and technology platforms for remote consulting

Responsibility

  • consult with clients to assess their talent management needs, challenges, and goals
  • develop and implement talent management strategies, programs, and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • provide expertise and guidance on areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • conduct talent assessments, skills gap analyses, and workforce planning to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them
  • design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employees' skills, competencies, and career growth opportunities
  • collaborate with HR teams and organisational leaders to ensure alignment between talent management initiatives and business objectives
