Responsibility

  • you will be integral into the future openings and menu planning and consistency across the brand
  • we are on the lookout for a Superstar Sous Chef to be part of the opening of our new restaurant in West Kirby
  • in the first instance you will be working alongside the owners, Head Chef and operations manager in the planning and opening of our West Kirby venue
  • we are also looking for a Sous Chef who is ready for the next step in order to become a part of the senior team and open the other venues we have in the planning stages over the next six months
  • from day one you will work alongside the owners and operations manager to launch our brand-new venue outside of Liverpool
