Responsibility
- ensure excellent customer service and accurate administration
- manage Marina Administrators including rostering, prioritising workload & associated training & development
- oversee enquiries for berthing, tenant rental and conference room facilities
- oversight of the marina’s sales ledger including timely & accurate billing of services
- credit control as required and close liaison with central services providing relevant data for production of monthly accounts
- ensure digital systems are kept up to date to ensure accurate reporting
- working as part of a high performing team in an often busy environment
Requirements
- excellent communication and people skills together with customer facing experience
- ability to effectively lead a small team and work under pressure meeting customer expectations
- proven sales ledger experience
- exceptional attention to detail and ability to proactively plan & prioritise workload
- A team player with an interest in the leisure marine industry – previous boating experience not required
- retail sales: 3 years
- customer Service: 3 years
