  • first point of contact for reception, meeting and greeting visitors and providing refreshments
  • assisting the finance team with general administration tasks
  • provide support to the accounts team
  • assisting Communications Director in relation to company policies and procedures
  • stationary ordering and distribution
  • any other ad-hoc duties that are requested by your line manager to meet the needs of the business
