Responsibility

  • understand and work within the structure and ethos of the BMM Care group
  • to provide leadership to the Care functions of BMM Care
  • to work in line with the BMM Care mission, vision, values
  • develop effective working relationships with the Manager of BMM Care
  • to supervise the Care services within BMM Care in accordance with agreed standards
  • support an open, positive and inclusive management culture
  • support with the on-call out of hours service on a rotational basis as agreed with your manager
  • participate in the development of BMM Care policies
