Requirements
- essential
- proven track record in building capital markets data products, with a strong focus on delivery
- experience with alternative and tick history data products, either as a consumer or vendor
- domain knowledge of global equity trading, and how historical market data and analytics are used across the buy-side and sell-side
- strong knowledge of the software and product development process, and how to turn business strategy into concrete engineering requirements
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to produce practical solutions in a tight deadline
- excellent teamwork and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams without formal reporting lines in a collaborative manner
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently with both technical and non-technical audiences
