Responsibility

  • procuring subcontractors and placing orders for materials
  • raising invoices, purchase orders, and updating and reconciling payments and receipts on Xero
  • logging and keeping track of all company vehicles, keeping MOT, tax, and service up to date
  • ordering stationery and facilities management of the office
