Responsibility
- deliver exceptional IT Support over the phone, via email and in-person
- design and Deploy Automation to Manage and Deploy a Windows Environment
- build new Cloud servers hosted in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
- provide support of Cloud-Based Servers running Windows Server 2012/2019/2022, Linux
- complete performance and hardware diagnostics on Windows Servers and Office 365
- office 365 Deployments, Management and Administration
- taking Escalations from 1st Line and 2nd Line Support and assist in Training the Team on the more technical tasks
- website Hosting Management and Migrations
Requirements
- excellent communications skills with a keen eye on detail and a can-do attitude is a must
- experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 20202, Mac OS
- you will have attained at least 4 recent Microsoft Technical Certifications
- outstanding Customer service skills, create relationships and build a strong rapport with our clients
- experience Supporting, Deploying and Migrating Medium to Large Businesses to Microsoft SharePoint, Office365 and OneDrive
- microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services administration, deployment, configuration, and Support
- experience with Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager is desirable
