Responsibility
assisting staff with setting up credit accounts
assisting with training of Adaco & providing support to users
to carry out other tasks within the Finance Department and other departments, which naturally fall within reasonable expectations of the post
maintaining & updating the database of suppliers
maintain credit card tracker & send analysed payments to Purchase Ledger Manager by the specified date
process credit card orders for the finance credit card
retail supervisor
Responsibility
this is a 30 hour contract
driving is core to this role
