- assisting staff with setting up credit accounts
- assisting with training of Adaco & providing support to users
- to carry out other tasks within the Finance Department and other departments, which naturally fall within reasonable expectations of the post
- maintaining & updating the database of suppliers
- maintain credit card tracker & send analysed payments to Purchase Ledger Manager by the specified date
- process credit card orders for the finance credit card
