Responsibility

  • assisting staff with setting up credit accounts
  • assisting with training of Adaco & providing support to users
  • to carry out other tasks within the Finance Department and other departments, which naturally fall within reasonable expectations of the post
  • maintaining & updating the database of suppliers
  • maintain credit card tracker & send analysed payments to Purchase Ledger Manager by the specified date
  • process credit card orders for the finance credit card
