Requirements
- knowledgeable of the Care industry and working in Domiciliary Care
- have minimum of 1 year experience working with Home Care with Dementia, Older age, End of life support and respite care
- have a minimum of 1 years experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs
- knowledge of contacting locan authorities, council and social workers in order to bring new contracts to company
- the Care Coordinator will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the Service Users and support staff
- knowledge og- Intial assessments, care planning, risk assessment and operational activities
- knowledge and understanding of Engagement training
- effective Medication Management – to handle and oversee medication in the safest manner possible
