  • checking bank accounts for receipts and matching payments
  • logging, saving and paying bills
  • setting up salary payments, director's fees, and dividend payments, and staff expenses
  • tracking costs & revenue against forecasts
  • dealing with UK and Irish tax, including VAT
  • liaising with our external accountants
  • monitoring client contracts, renewals, purchase orders and associated insurances
