- the home is a large size Residential Care Home
- the home is a medium size Residential Care Home

- leading and inspiring a our team of staff to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to residents
- the Job will be in a residential home. The successful applicant has the opportunity to develop and manage the staff in line with the ongoing vision of delivering high quality care to its residents
- inducting new staff members
- adhere to company policy, CQC Standards and requirements under the Health & Social Care Act 2008
- full responsibility for the day to day management of the dementia community
- preserve effective communications through regular contact / meetings with clients, relatives, staff, company directors and any other concerned bodies
- the Job will be in a large 47 bed residential home. The successful applicant has the opportunity to develop and manage the staff in line with the ongoing vision of delivering high quality care to its residents
- undertaking the effective management and administration of the home, including managing agreed budgets, maintaining adequate staffing levels, facilitating staff training and development, managing all records, auditing and quality assurance

- working with other professional colleagues to ensure the Service Users needs, best interests and preferences are identified and plans established to meet them

Requirements
- currently working at Manager level, deputy manager
- \*The successful candidate MUST be passionate about elderly care and want to make a real difference
- must have residential managerial experience
