Responsibility
- planning of the work streams
- definition of objectives & outcomes – work with stakeholders to agree objectives and outcomes
- stakeholder and communication plans – application of proportionate and appropriate communications to support the delivery of work streams
- scope, Timescales, Schedule, Key milestones
- constraints - Safety Management. Delivering change in a way that adheres to stringent safety processes applicable in the customer environment
- management of governance documentation – project documentation and other implementation documents / applications
- RAIDD; Risk, assumptions, issues and dependences, decisions
- ensure project plans and documentation are completed to a high standard using customer project tools
Requirements
- previous experience of IT and Network Migration Projects especially MPLS to SDWAN
- previous experience working with telecom suppliers
- previous experience of coordinating works within high-risk safety environments
- previous experience of projects involving building regulations, landlords, wayleave
- previous experience of project change within a 24/7 operation
- IT project management: 5 years
