Responsibility
- plan and designate project resources to ensure a high quality delivery
- engage with PMO processes and ensure that these are adhered to across all projects
- set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects to senior team members
- work closely with Bluelight CRM customers ensuring a positive working and productive relationship
- work with Bluelight Technical, Delivery and Product teams to ensure the best possible results for our clients
- produce documentation as required to support the entire project lifecycle
- support and work with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate and complete Bluelight CRM projects to time, within budget and within scope
- support and lead supplier, client and internal meetings
Requirements
- advanced administrative and customer care experience
- excellent communication and persuasion skills
