- we, Bluegate Contractors Ltd, have an exclusive contract with one of Leeds’ largest Student Letting Agents. We oversee the maintenance needs of their business, and we are the primary contractors for all property improvements and renovations
- to report accurately when relaying work progress and task completion
- the work is concentrated mainly in and around the student populated area of Leeds, near the University of Leeds
- you will be expected to complete jobs in a timely fashion
Requirements
- have a professional demeanour
- have good communication skills
- have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and organised
- must live in Leeds or the surrounding area
- own their own vehicle
- must have a minimum of 10 years joinery experience
- own their own tools
- must be competent in in general maintenance activities
