Responsibility

  • undertake estimating across all our divisions and external tenders ranging from £10k - £1m
  • ensure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed
  • work with surveyors in preparation of quantified schedule of rates and bill of quantities
  • prepare tender summaries and estimating handovers and attend pre-start meetings
  • working alongside the Managing Director and other internal teams
  • ensuring that project profitability targets set at initial meetings are met
  • capable of producing competitive cost plans
  • agree on contractual terms and conditions with the client
