- we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to fulfill the role of the Hospitality Supervisor
- the purpose of this role is to provide support to one of our leading global clients
- you will work alongside the Workplace Manager to support in all areas related to hospitality, food and beverages
- your main responsibilities will be to support the daily operations and oversee the 2 team members onsite
Requirements
- overall supervision of the food and beverage team ensuring exceptional standards are delivered and maintained
- ability to deliver a consistently high standard in a busy working environment
- pride and attention to detail
- to ensure that all hospitality and event specifications are met in accordance with the contract KPIs and SLAs
- assist with the ordering and control of stock items ensuring availability at all times
- have the flexibility to cover occasional evening shifts
- be confident to be main point of contact for the client and report weekly to the leadership team
- proficient in Microsoft, G-suites
