Responsibility

  • we are looking for three Contact Centre Team Leader to join our customer success team in our office in Worcester, UK
  • ensuring workload is managed across the team in line with department SLAs & KPIs
  • the candidate will be managing and motivating a team of Customer Service/Contact Centre Advisors and Specialists
  • managing time effectively across the team
  • the person will also be responsible for ensuring that the department’s SLAs and KPIs are consistently met and wherever possible exceeded
  • acting as a referral point to help staff resolve queries and problems
  • handling escalated complaint calls effectively to resolution
  • dealing with high level written complaints in line with the company’s complaint handling procedures

Requirements

  • strong previous Customer Service experience, preferably at Supervisor level or higher
  • resilient with the ability to problem solve
  • clear written and verbal communication skills
  • good presentation skills
