- maintain a full understanding of Solar Panels and the market
- carry out face to face customer assessments. Build a rapport with each customer to close sales
- follow up with customers once assessments have been completed to deliver a high quality of service, increase sales and customer satisfaction
- achieve individual and team targets, ensuring each assessment with a customer is of the highest standard
- plan & prioritise appointments for assessments with customers who are interested in and have met the criteria required for Solar Panel installation
