signpost calls to various internal/external roles within the PCN, be confident in your ability to signpost Carry out requests for repeat prescriptions
complete the appropriate paperwork for all new patient registrations ensuring that all information is clear and accurate to prevent delays in registering
assist with tasks such as assigning electronic results to GPs, monitoring them, and actioning any requests made by the GPs within appropriate timescales
to undertake any other tasks/duties as determined by the Doctors, Receptionist Manager & Practice Manager in accordance with this grade of post
