  • washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen / food preparation areas
  • unloading, storing and organising all deliveries
  • loading & unloading catering supplies, equipment and disposables, into and out of, event delivery vans
  • ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
  • dish washing including all kitchen wares and equipment
  • cleaning of all crockery, cutlery and event equipment
