  • drive resident's vehicles to enable residents to attend appointments, leisure pursuits etc
  • provide emotional and practical support to people when they need it
  • enable the residents to achieve independence as far as possible in all aspects of their life
  • we're looking for an enthusiastic new person to join our small friendly team to support three individuals who have learning disabilities to live their best lives
  • assist in devising, implementing and reviewing care plans
