  • support continuous service development and champion best practice across the board
  • chair monthly quality/risk meetings, oversee action plans, and lead group resolution of incidents or complaints
  • build and maintain strong relationships with families, local authorities, and regulatory bodies

maintenance operative

Responsibility

  • maintain accurate records of work carried out, materials used, and any ongoing issues
  • conduct regular inspections and safety checks on lighting, fixtures, fittings, doors and furniture
  • work closely with the Maintenance Manager to schedule tasks with minimal disruption to care services
  • complete preventive maintenance and escalate larger or recurring issues as needed
  • apply now and help us maintain safe, welcoming care environments across Blue Ribbon
  • ensure safe handling, storage and use of tools and materials in line with Health & Safety standards

service manager

  • champion a culture of continuous improvement, conducting audits, driving service development, and preparing for inspections

deputy manager

  • provide direct care and support when needed and lead the consistency of care across the service
  • support with recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training of new staff
  • ensure person-centred care plans are regularly reviewed, up to date, and reflective of individual needs
