Responsibility

  • the successful Restaurant Manager will
  • complete rotas, manage stock budgets, complete stock checks and complete all necessary paperwork promptly
  • manage restaurant bookings, walk ins and answer any queries from guests or members
  • ensure the serving of food and beverages are prompt and efficient
  • prompt glass collecting and resetting of tables within the restaurant
  • ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all areas
  • ensure accurate cash handling, using an EPOS system
  • lead the Front of House team to ensure all guests and members at the resort receive five star, award winning standard of customer service that we pride ourselves on

Requirements

  • we are looking for a candidate with previous Front of House management experience to a high level
  • good computer and organisational skills are also desired
  • A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the retreat
