  • coordinating suppliers to ensure all properties are well maintained and ready for use
  • running property inspections/spot checks in Canterbury,Whitstable and Thanet
  • delivering specific additional projects from time-to-time across other areas of the business
  • managing guest communications through our online system and over the phone, including reservation enquiries, guest issues, check in and check out enquiries. Managing homeowners’ communications by email and over the phone
  • help in the laundry process including bag preparation, returned laundry sorting and stock control as required
