Responsibility

  • follow up warm leads passed on from the Marketing Team
  • focus on outbound lead generation and business development
  • management of the internal Business Development Executive
  • upsell and cross-sell into existing accounts
  • achieve personal sales targets and other KPI’s
  • manage and update the internal CRM
  • write compelling proposals for prospect customers
  • search out new opportunities and conduct exploratory and value-driven conversations that are well qualified and lead to solid outcomes

Education

  • educated to degree level or equivalent is beneficial

Requirements

  • ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • previous experience selling in the sports sector
  • proven ability to develop new business
  • an all-round interest in LD, digital learning and Learning Management Systems LMS
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a consultative sales approach
  • experience of selling eLearning andor learning platforms
  • positive can-do attitude
  • previous experience working in a sales role focusing on leaddemand generation
